In compliance with EU consumer law, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the transaction date, provided the service has not commenced.
A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS may apply.
Once a coaching program has started, refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed individually in cases such as verified medical limitations.
Coaching programs are not a substitute for medical or clinical advice.
You are responsible for consulting a medical professional before beginning any program.
We are not liable for injuries, illness, or damages resulting from participation in our services.
